Nana's Iowa Corn Chowder

8 Slices Bacon
3-4 Chicken Breasts, chunked
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
1 Small or 1/2 Large Onion, chopped
3 Potatoes, chunked
1 Lg Container Chicken Stock
1 Bag Frozen Corn
1 Cup Heavy Cream
8-10 Oz Water

- Brown Bacon in a large stockpot, remove when crispy
- Brown Chicken, Celery, Onion in bacon seasoned pot
- Drain
- Add Stock, Water, Potatoes, Corn
- Cook 30 minutes
- Add Heavy Cream and Bacon and cook for additional 5-10 minutes
